In this video Mr Andersen explains the three types of muscle found in humans; striated, smooth and cardiac muscle. He also explains how actin and myosin interact to contract the sarcomere in a muscle and ends by looking at the sliding filament theory.
This is an excellent animation of muscle contraction. It clearly shows the relationship between the actin and the myosin fibres and the role of ATP in muscle contraction
This video describes the process of muscle contraction at the cellular level.
